Meet Mark and Jaden Smith, the family behind Rooted North Portrait Studio! Our love for our own family is what drives our passion to capture yours. We are based out of Nikiski, AK and specialize in newborn and family portraits and video! We are one of the few studios in the state to offer both photography and videography services.
As parents of four incredible little boys, we know all too well the experience of feeling like our children grow up way too fast. We believe photos and films help capture moments, experiences, and emotions that we all tend to forget in the busy-ness of life. We want to help you preserve life's intimate, raw, real, and meaningful moments. Our goal is to provide you with images and films that rekindle your love and passion for own life and family each time you look at them.
